nexus is a place where Shining Light hangs out with their friends - lots of fun, activities, and special events where we get to share our Christian community with our peers.

Super Bowl party!!
Sunday, February 7 at 6 p.m.:
Come watch the Superbowl with us THIS SUNDAY!!! Doesn’t matter if you’re cheering for the Colts or the Saints - or if you just like the commercials - we want you to join our party!
- Free food & drink (with a $5 admission)
- 6:00 – 10:00pm, or when the game is over
- 8th graders are welcome – thru age 23
- Ping pong, air hockey, and foosball will be available all night, as well as volleyball, basketball, Rock Band, Wii (with the new game “Just Dance!”), and some retro video games (did someone say Game Cube?)

Cost of admission: $5
Who: 8th grade to age 23
When: Sunday, February 7 from 6:00pm – just after the game ends
Where: New Covenant Christian School
Other Activities:
Large-screen video games: Rock Band, DDR, Wii
Other games: ping pong, foosball, air hockey and more
If you're between the ages of 13 (and in 8th grade) and 23, you are invited to attend.
